You won't be able to use a plan consisting a low calorie diet because by eating low calories, you're slowing down your fat burning engine and hinder your chances of losing weight effectively. Yes you do lose a few pounds at first but find yourself at a plateau meaning you can't lose any more weight no matter how hard you try to diet and exercise. So starving yourself is out of the question. people think just because you eat low fat foods or non fat foods means that your body will refrain from storing the fat that the low fat or non fat food contains will not make you gain weight think again in fact when it comes to calories you body pays attention to 3 types of calories carbs, protein, and fat calories.
Your body does not count how many calories you eat in a single day but how much of each type of calorie that you intake.counting calories for example if your eating 2500 calories a day and decide to cut 1500 out of your diet then those calories cut result in weight loss right wrong again!! The main reason you are unable to lose weight following a strict diet plan it that your metabolism will notice any major decrease in calorie intake and your system will adjust accordingly by burning less calories per day.
If you cut your calories by skipping meals or starving yourself then your quickly find yourself reaching a plateau very quickly to the point where you can't lose more weight no matter what you do to try to lose more. Also the weight lost on a starvation diet is pretty mostly water weight and not fat weight.
Did you know that our brain accounts for 2 percent of our body weight and yet it consumes 20 percent of those calories that we take. Today society is suffering a serious weight problem and things seem to be getting worse as time progresses. The secret to weight loss is not to think the way what way society think today but to think the opposite of what people think on the methods of losing weight. Since pretty much society was brought up thinking that the fat in foods is the bad thing.
